- xbos.in provides educational trading indicators via TradingView’s invite-only script system.
- Our tools are designed strictly for educational and analytical purposes and should not be considered financial or investment advice.
2. User Eligibility
- Users must provide accurate and verifiable details including full name, valid email, and OTP-verified mobile number.
- Each individual is entitled to only one free trial. Multiple trials or fake identities will result in suspension.
3. Free Trial Terms
- Free trial includes 2 premium indicators for 1 month.
- Trial cannot be reactivated or extended.
- Misuse (sharing scripts, accounts, or insights commercially) will result in termination.
4. Subscription & Early Bird Offer
- Paid subscriptions and Early Bird Coupons are delivered digitally and are non-refundable.
- The Early Bird Offer applies only to the first 500 users and is valid for 6 consecutive months at â‚ą1500/month.
- Coupons are valid strictly for 30 days each and renew automatically until the offer period ends.
5. Restrictions & Misuse
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing TradingView invite-only scripts with others.
- Providing financial or advisory services using our tools.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit offers.
- Using our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial activities.
Violation will result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, scripts, indicators, and materials provided by xbos.in are the intellectual property of xbos.in.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- xbos.in does not guarantee profits, returns, or financial outcomes from using its tools.
- All users are responsible for their own trading decisions.
- Our services are for educational purposes only.
8. Modifications to Service
- xbos.in reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any free trial, offer, or service at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
