At xbos.in, we are committed to providing clarity and transparency for our users. Since our services are digital trading indicator scripts delivered via TradingView (invite-only access), please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Service
Our products are software-based digital services.
No physical goods are shipped.
All indicators and coupons are delivered via TradingView invite-only scripts within 24 hours of successful registration or payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once a subscription, unlock coupon, or Early Bird Offer has been activated, cancellations cannot be processed, as the service is already delivered digitally.
Users may choose not to renew their subscription after the billing cycle ends.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:
A technical issue from our side prevents delivery of your purchased service.
A duplicate payment has been charged due to a payment gateway error.
Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be raised within 7 business days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Change of mind or personal preference after purchase.
Incorrect details provided by the user (TradingView username, email, or mobile number).
Misuse or policy violations leading to account suspension.
Purchases under the Early Bird Offer (non-refundable and non-transferable).
